Mhendomaya dance is a dance where male and female dance together forming two separate rows.This dance is famous in Tamang community of Bagmati Zone specially in Nuwakot, Dhaging, Rshuwa district. This dance is celebrate in winter season among youth of Tamang cast.In other word this is one of symbol of friendship with young people.Normally its significance of young boy and girl.in this dance perform in many festivals like as Dashain, Tihar,  Buddhajayanti ,loshar [New year of Tamang community] and Specially in Sindhuri Jtra .Sindhuri jatra is one of famous festival of Nuwakot District
